Treasure At Tampines, the country’s largest condominium has marked its launch of sales at an average price of $1280psf, and sold as much as 272 units out of the 490 units released after it drew 7000 crowd to the showflat on the preview weekend.
The developer, Sim Lian Group, said to have encouraged by the sales performance, weighing the condo’s location at the heart of fastest expanding transformation area. They are confident that with the accessibility to amenities, and transport system will be able to sell well with reasonable pricing.
The condominium offers a vast selection of room type, ranging from 1 bedroom to 5 bedroom.
Recent survey shows that increased percentage of Singaporean is satisfied with Singapore real estate climate, and 72% of the respondent expect price will continue to climb in the next half of the year. In terms of affordability, 64% of the crowd were able to secure a home with their current source of income, and 27% of them has intention to purchase a property next year.
